NICOLEX DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, is a duly-registered corporation with the Philippine SEC [Securities and Exchange Commission] as a company engaged in real estate development. It was incorporated June 27, 2001 by Nicodemus Ang and Alexander Lo. It is currently developing its first project, Stoneridge Ville, located at Bigaa Cabuyao, Laguna.
It is the desire of Nicolex Development Corporation to provide a community where hard working filipino families could come together to help each other realize their dreams by providing thoughtfully planned, easily accessible and secure pocket-sized community at affordable prices.
