NICOLEX DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, is a duly-registered corporation with the Philippine SEC [Securities and Exchange Commission] as a company engaged in real estate development. It was incorporated June 27, 2001 by friends Nicodemus Ang and Alexander Lo. It is currently developing its first project, Stoneridge Ville, located at Bigaa Cabuyao, Laguna.
